When you make the issue about yourself, then you are stuck. Feeling stuck feels like anger or sadness. The root of anger and sadness is fear. To get out of the muck use this simple breathing technique:
And then ask yourself, what am I afraid of? The answer may surprise you. There are three conditions to transformating the fear.
1. You sincerely want the shift
2. You are open to asking for help.

As you loosen your attachment to this thing, you will set yourself free. You can do it. I know you can.

Love,
Salimah
