Hey there healthy readers! I just found the coolest App to help me (and you now!) reach your daily wellness goals! Its call Lift and you input your daily goals (ie. flossing, drinking more water etc.) and you add it to your daily 'lift' then everyday when you complete the task you check it off your list!
Its like a little daily game to try to achieve all the things on your list - it makes creater a better life for yourself fun fun fun! You can track your progress and get support for other Lift members who are signed up to the same daily goals.
I've been at it for a week and I have to say, its been great having something to not only keep me on track for my goals, I've actually had fun and look forward to checking in as many times as I can in a day! As a result, I've groomed my dog everyday, flossed and given my baby his daily proboitics and Vitamin D - to name a few... I haven't had a 'perfect day' yet but its my daily goal to tick them all off!
