Strawberry-Mint Salad with Masala Candied Almonds 
Prep Time: 10 min. plus cooling
Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) each.
WHAT YOU NEED:
1/2 cup Back to Nature Sea Salt Roasted Almonds
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Crushed red pepper
1 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tbs. cumin seed
4 cups mixed baby salad greens
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup sliced onions
2 Tbsp. slivered fresh mint
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
MAKE IT:
Cook first 5 ingredients in skilled on medium heat for 5 min. or until sugar is melted and nuts are evenly coated with glaze, stirring frequently. Cool completely.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add nuts; mix lightly.
